Tusi Ltd - Terms and Conditions of Trading
Orders: Tusi Ltd are a lingerie wholesale company and orders will only be accepted from trade customers who have registered with us online.
Minimum Orders: The minimum order amount is £50 excluding VAT (if applicable) and shipping.
Delivery (UK): Courier charges, based on weight, may vary from time to time and our current delivery costs with Parcelforce (Express 48 hours) are listed on our 'About Us' page.
Shipping (Outside of the UK): Courier charges, based on weight and destination, may vary from time to time and our current delivery costs with ParcelForce (Euro Priority Business and Global Express) are listed on our 'About Us' page.
Dispatch Times: We aim to dispatch all 'in stock' garments within 2 working days.
VAT (UK Orders): VAT at the prevailing rate will be added at the checkout for all United Kingdom orders (excluding the Channel Islands).
VAT (European Union Orders): VAT is not added to EU overseas orders. European Union customers must register their VAT or Sales Tax Number with us. EU customers who are not registered in their own country for Sales Tax (VAT) will be subject to an additional sales tax charge at the prevailing rate before the order can be dispatched. The website is set up to assume EU customers are VAT registered and we may need to take separate payment by telephone for non VAT registered EU customers.
VAT (Rest of the World): Orders outside of the United Kingdom and the European Union are not subject to VAT (sales tax) but may be subject to import duty in the customer's own country (see below).
Import or Customs Duty: Every country has it's own import or customs duty and orders dispatched outside of the EU may be subject to importation taxes. Tusi Ltd are not responsible for any additional taxes outside of the European Union. Any import tax or customs duty is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Back Orders: We will notify you if your order contains garments which are not currently in stock.
Cancellation of Orders: Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched and may incur a cancellation charge of 20% of the order value subject to a minimum cancellation charge of £20.
Returns: We do not operate a sale or return policy and garments can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged in transit.
Damage in Transit: Parcels damaged in transit must be signed for as 'damaged' and notified to Tusi Ltd in writing within 2 working days of receipt.
Secure Online Payment: We use SagePay to process our online customer orders and unless you have provided us with your debit or credit card details, we will not be aware of customers card details.
Privacy: Tusi Ltd will respect your privacy and any customer information provided will not be sold or passed to any other person outside of the company or any other organization.
